Operational Overview:15MW of wellhead power plants added to the fleet. Total installed capacity 1,623MW 9MW off-grid thermal power decommissioned (Garissa and Lamu) Electricity sales grew 11% to 7,819GWh thanks to: Hydro +14% to 3,784GWh Geo +14% to 3,543GWh Thermal -25% to 435GWh Wind +54% to 57GWh Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.

According to their rights issue information memorandum it says: The Company targets a dividend payout ratio of up to one third (33%) of the Company’s profit before tax or up to 50% of the Company’s profits after tax. The dividend payout may however vary depending on the Company’s performance, liquidity and investment plans as determined by the Board. Before the rights issue,the total kengen shares were 6,243,873,667.Then the 2:1 came.The subscription was 92 percent.Could somebody pliz tell me how much outstanding share we have now? Towards the goal of financial freedom

@Ebenyo Before the rights issue the total number of Kengen shares was 2,198,361,456. The total number of shares issued during the rights issue was 4,396,722,912. The rights issue attained a performance of 92% which translates to 4,045,512,323. The outstanding shares we have now is 6,243,873,779.
