Hi guys. I need some good advice on how I could go around this issue.

A mathree hits me and the driver admits liability. He committed himself through writing that he would repair my automobile.

Two months down the line the driver is all lies, lies and more lies and seems he does not have any interest of repairing the auto.

If any wazua member has been through this kind of situation what path did you follow to get compensated.

I had a similar experience though the culprit was a company truck driver. When I went to follow up with his bosses, the guy literary cried and said he is likely to loose his job. I closed the chapter and moved on.
