Hi Wazuans,
The Montave is a planned mixed space retail cum commercial premises with cinema, shopping and entertainment outlets under construction in Upper Hill. 1bd rmm apartments from KShs 8.6m -10m, which am thinking of taking a mortgage to acquire - may flip this investment in a coupla years after appreciation.
Developers are locals + Dubai business persons.

I feel its a good investment option, but will appreciate any advise Wazuans dispense.

why do i have the feeling these are the same guys who proposed to do the one building in upperhill(tallest building in Africa) and refunded guys their money after one year without any interest(probably after using it to trade)

I looked at this but found it TOO EXPENSIVE. Office space at 25,000/- per sqf? Like really?!
