Reading through many posts, many of the investors talk of fundamentals as their basis for investing in a particular stock. But we have also seen a company with very sound fundamentals being brought down to its knees!
Let's be honest, the poeple at the helm will either break or make a good company. It all begins with how they are recruited.

Discuss:
-how are the boards appointed? (political rewards? Regional balancing? etc.
-CEOs
-Can we as investors make some sufficient noise to safeguard our stakes?
