From 800 to marathon for both men and women only the mens steeplechase ndio gold inweza patikana .For 800 rudisha is out of form while semenya is on fire for womens.1500 when it comes to olympics someone comes out of nowhere and upsets the kenyans alafu kuna dibaba on the womens side.5K and 10K mo farah is in good form for womens the ethiopians are always around.Marathon ....wait and see. Yego could medal now that the egyptian has been banned for doping. Sevens given that they have only won one series the odds of getting the gold are very slim.10 plus medals many being silver and bronze.

Would you not rather discuss and gossip about Passaris and her escapades? Only the first item on the allowable list is misplaced. She seems to bring out some long forgotten folk from the woodwork into the light in other threads.

I expect gold from the following events;

Men; 800M, 1,500M, 3,000M S/c, Marathon

Women; 800M, 5,000/10,000M, Marathon

I then expect additional 5 silvers and 5 bronze medals from track & Field

Men's 7s rugby ni ngumu bad will gladly accept any medal.

We should have a much better performance than London
