Hi Wazuans,

I'm thinking of buying a 1\4 at ngong breeze. They seem very, very cheap. You can check out the offers at http://www.usernameproperties.com

Is there a catch? What's your take on the viability and anyone know where that place exactly is?

16km from ngong on the proposed greater southern bypass should be around Kimuka town (google maps). Road is very bad, an acre goes for around 300 1m. Further ahead at Ewuaso an acre goes for 80-300. Dry and rocky area very viable for goat keeping but not on a 50/100. Check maps

Good afternoon. My first post after being a guest for years.

I'm assuming these are the one eigth plots being sold by a company called username for 229k. They have site visits every Wednesday & Saturday, went on one and came to learn that the road is terrible and for me 229k wasn't worth getting just one eighth, and waiting probably years for infrastructure to catch up. Would have been better value if it was an acre.

Though they claim they've done the roads and are to do fencing, this isn't apparent on site, plus they were abit creative when it came to how near electricity was.
