KAMULU PLOTS

I understand there is a nice deal for the above plots at 150k per 1/4 acre. Who knows of the plots? .I understand they are near Joska.



I have never been to to the place,Please guys shed some light on this.

Actually it is 150k per 1/8. Those fronting the tarmac average 300k per 1/4. Those on the by pass average 70k per 1/8. We also have others going for 30k per 1/8 some 3km off the by pass. The soil is mainly black cotton. Many groups selling there. Nice quite and clean place. When the bypass is complete,property value will triple to match kite..'s

the other day we were shown some a 6acre piece right on tarmack going for 200 per acre!!.....anyone here famillier with the area called KBC please advise....is this still kamulu?

JOSKA IS some 35 km from the city along kangundo road,some 10 km beyond ruai. The bypass is a dry weather track running parallel to kangundo road 5km behind JOSKA. And joins kangundo road 1km from ruai

Kbc is some 10 km past kangundo. Dry and un developed. Same soil structure and vegetation like kamulu. Ideal for speculation.
