Stocks Vs Land

In 4 months time, I will have the option of either buying stocks at NSE at discounted prices, or buying a piece of land worth 1.5 million that I intend to use for real estate purposes in future. In light of current circumstances, I am torn between the two investments. Which one should I take? Bear in mind that I am young, just off campus...with no investment in land and with a finance background. Since men have learned to shoot without missing, I have learned to fly without perching

Okay. I would say that I have above average knowledge in both types of investments, so I guess putting the money in T-Bonds is out of question. The dilemma persists. Since men have learned to shoot without missing, I have learned to fly without perching

Land needs a little bit more, start doing research and decide why you are buying; and selling is another whole procedure. African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'
