Hi, I'm looking for a gym with cheap day pass, as I plan to use it for just once, max twice a week for strength conditioning, not bodybuilding nor cardio. Don't see need for full membership. Pls list with the fee. Appreciate it. They tried to bury us, they didn't know we were seeds.

There is one near Chai House. I dont know about their prices but I would believe you should be able to get per-day rates.

By cheap, how much are you willing to spend per day? ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

I work out every evening after works in some open filed in a college on my way home, its cheap enough and I get to meet natural folks. Portfolio: Sold You know you've made it when you get a parking space for your yatcht.

I do not know their charges though as i've never enquired African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

I checked out a couple, and have resolved to just do a full membership. Best value for money, instead of day pass. 4x day pass per month averages to about half the cost of full membership. Found one with steam and all. They tried to bury us, they didn't know we were seeds.

Wapi hapo let's share So, a full day pass is about 500 / 600. Do that once a week for a month, you get about 2k, while a full membership will cost about just over 3k per month, for a deal that they had in Dec, where you pay 10k for 3 months, thus full membership being a better deal than day pass. Not sure if that deal is still going on. From the gym search, I found South Fitness Centre to have the best deal. They have a relatively well equipped gym, aerobics, Zumba, some sort of martial arts, steam rooms. Not sure if they offer other things. They tried to bury us, they didn't know we were seeds.
