@ Masukuma please advise Wamunyota that this is a very serious matter aache zake za..... as how do you explain yourself to ur grandkinds when u spend the entire day answering stupid Q's from a mhindi who wants to feel like Goliath!

Yaani a day for me has turned into nightmare and even now not worried about liabilities my payslip has ..i just want be sane!

Meaningful work is economic engagement that allows you to meet biological, social and psychological needs, and allows you to have mutually satisfying and productive relationships with others.

Meaningful work is holistically designed and balanced, allows and facilitates personal growth and development, produces true value to others earns true value in economic exchange.

That said, what's a person's role in creating meaningful work? What are the relations involved? What organization structures? What economic models? These answers haven't yet been developed.
