Characteristics of a Tenderprenuer

From the few I've met, they all are rather similar:

- All drive Range Rovers/Audi/some used European import
- Wear loud flashy sunglasses, preferably golden rimmed
- Talk loudly
- Love ordering bottles of expensive whiskey
- 90% tend to be from one ethnic group (this is not hate speech, its just an observation)

What are your observations?
Business opportunities are like buses,there's always another one coming

I know some who prefers to live in anonymity coz visibility can be costly and can also shorten your tenderpreneurship lifespan.

define tenderpreneur

A tenderpreneur is a South African term for a person in government who abuses their political power and influence to secure government tenders and contracts. The word tenderpreneur is a portmanteau of "tendering" and "entrepreneur".

Are there many out there? I would have thought its a very small select group. After all, most tenderprenuers are committing economic crimes.
