Jameni, even in saccos you want regional balancing? You want positions reserved for some communities even in voluntary organisations, even when they are not interested to join?

The meetings will normally be held in their language the way they talk to other motorists from their proboxes. And Kanyari is the head of finance!!!!!!!!!!!1

This comment was expected.Shame on you.You can offer yourself for election in the next AGM.

Meanwhile @Angelica....I came across some members of this SACCO and when I enquired more was impressed by their operations. It has some very strong business ladies in town and is professionally managed.Since you need guarantors in future,it's advisable you seek out 4 other and join as a group of 5.

And they have excellent products.

Why should one join as a group of 5 people?
Those are the perfect signs of a pyramid scheme.
And the fact that its current members are "highly professional ladies" only make it quack like a duck.
Stay clear,my advice.

Impunity....its not a requirement but a recommendation so that you have guarantors when you need a loan. Its a very professional Sacco.

Please re read my post.
I have recommended joining individually but with others so to ease the issue of guarantors.

I know Engineers are not very good in English but this was abit straight foward.

Meanwhile @Angelica have you joined?Am willing to join together with you.

Stay clear of tribalism. You realize they have not been audited for many years. Also you don't want to be asked who Mumbis daughters are before your loan is approved.

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
