Good afternoon fellow Wazuans. I've been wondering about a car warranty business, a la Carmax in the US. I'm thinking such a venture would do well to serve the increasing number of non-technical car owners.

The warranty will mostly be targeted at European makes, which are likely to be less reliable and more expensive to fix. Case in point, Land Rover models.

In some ways, such a product would compete with comprehensive covers.

With an elaborate way of sourcing cheaper parts, plus good labor, I believe this is something worth looking at.

Does anyone know a similar local venture?
Feasibility has yet to be conducted. If there's an insurer in the house, what are your thoughts on this?
