From the PnL above one can clearly tell that the reason for the decline is increase in expenses but there is no expense breakdown (finance costs? cost of sales? operating and admin costs?) or management discussion and analysis accompanying the release.
You are right. Companies tend to hide some pertinent information that can help an investor analyze the information better. This happens so much during periods of loss making or profit decline. Poor reporting standards here.
