MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTORS
The Directors have approved payment of an interim dividend of Shs.0.25 for every ordinary share of Shs.5 held.
Dividend warrants will be posted on or about 22nd October, 2015 to all members on the register at the close of business on 24th September, 2015. The register of members will therefore be closed on 25th September, 2015 for purposes of preparing dividend warrants.
