that link says that their crime was defaulting on rent payment between January 2000 and December 2014,

where was the owner all this time?
how does that amounting to stealing,? that comes across as a much stronger word !

For those of us who have a good command of english language, is failure to pay a debt equivalent to stealing?
If it is, then english language should be declared unofficial language in english speaking nations including Britain…
If it is not then……mawinder and the journalist are mathare casessmile
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

I thought @mawinder's people are well known as being notorious for refusing to pay rent. Does this mean his people are thieves?
