Is there a global problem with Visa electron or are there issues with KCB system? I did an inward remittance last month of GBP 100 and the money was never credited to my account, this despite producing a transaction receipt to that effect to KCB card centre and pestering them. This month I did an outward remittance of around 28 K, the money was debited last week but 1 and I confirmed. Yesterday, as I passed a KCB Atm I decided to check, just incase my GBP100 cleared by 'mistake' since after all I had already written it off, but alas to my shock the 28 k that I had sent had somehow been credited back to my account. I withdrew it i wait to see the bank's action. “small step for man”

I don't get it, does withdrawing the 28k make a difference, they will just debit and recover that amount from your account if its a mistake.

It was taking me more time resolving issues than using the card. Once did a big shopping and after swipping the card and being served, a got an sms from them that the card had been blocked!Its a terrible card.
