How sure are we that the malpractices seen in the last recruitment will not be repeated this time round? What has changed apart from the IG?

You see that kijana's back is a bit curved, i noticed am not the only one so katumbo mbele and i have been trying to straighten it hata na belts za gym lakini wapi !!!I was told its common with blacks(of course this was a white doctor who said so)This is actually one of the reasons why people say they have a kitambi.
