I received tetanus shot on Monday. I noticed I had anxiety till jana. At about 8pm jana,my upper arm got swollen and extremely painful. Also got fever and muscle aches. Anyone experienced such kind of reactions?

You need to go back and be seen again. That reaction is too severe. You are developing another condition that may lead to boil formation at the injection site,worse still blood poisoning.
