Asalaam Aleikum @ Chenaleze.

And you still want to Sue @Mawinder.Why waste your Money on lawyers then. Aren't your priorities Misplaced ?
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

The easiest way to do this is reduce rural urban migration which will in turn reduce slum crawl and allow each part of the country to prosper be it not equally but at least everyone in their home areas will be able to live a decent family life in their own plot /shamba / home and not need to live in squalor in a town or city

Its true, but what they are coming to town is because of a hope that one day it would be a brighter day.
I have a crazy idea but perhaps it can work if the government approved it

So funny. These you call Financial institutions are not rocks that leak water/money. They are institutions owned by people who start by investing the little they have untill they go big with all required standards/rules to meet. If an Institution is to survive it can't give free money as it is also a business entity pying to govt(Taxes) and owners sharing profits/dividends.
Those who are philanthropic like you may have made some money good enough to help others...ofcourse you would do it for free as its scarce and will dry up.
So stop those dreams, let everyone sweat...Remember Jomo Kenyatta once said, "Get your ass/bottom scarred waiting for free things"smile smile
