Am seeking advice from any wazuan on how this business goes.

It has been totally monopolized by walalos in Eastleigh. My preliminary enquiries indicate that its a very tight cartel.

My question is, if I have a fleet of trucks and working capital of kes.10m, do I stand a chance of penetrating this business ? If yes, where do I start ?

@njunge and @mawinder, tafadhali saidia.

I tried a hand in it before venturing into sugarcane transportation which I have since quit.
To be frank, there are so many challenges, eg the Eastleigh mafia get their sugar at lower prices than the others in Mumias due to corruption.I could get you a distributorship for Nzoia sugar but the question is do you have the market????
