Hi All, I have been absent a long time thought I peep once in a while. Has anyone got any insider information on Embakasi Ranching? I heard they sort of have cleaned house and some certificates are already being processed into title deeds.
I would be glad to have info and possibly valuations/estimates for a quarter acre plot not to far off the road Max 5 kms from the bypass Junction before(towards Njiru) or after Ruai town towards Kamulu.

towards kamulu 5km is upto hapo oil libya, the prices vary greatly on the distance from the tarmac (kangundo road) - embakasi ranch around that area the plots are 100 by 100 and for a radius of around a km from the tarmac the price is btwn 1 - 1.5m.

of course the biggest problem huko is getting the real owner, but I have seen a group of army officers buy a chunk hapo and have seen army trucks frequent that area - nasiskia wanajenga ka estate kao.

Thanks for the info guys. I think I better cross over into Machakos at Joska...plot costs same price but is freehold and titles available. A bit of distance added, but what to do?
