can't sell/buy stocks via OST-system upgrade for CGT?

I am wondering whats wrong with my broker,since the beginning of this week i have not been able to sell/buy.Could it be system upgrade for CGT computation?Who should I report to since I have been passed by several prime opportunities for capital gains?Kindly assist.Are all brokers experiencing the same thing?d'oh! d'oh! d'oh!

D&B system has been working perfectly. No CGT deducted so far in 2015 Applause Laughing out loudly

Kingdom Securities Limited..they have been off and on most of the time since december..
