i believe there exists a need for commercial/business office space along Runda and Kiambu road environs.
An opportunity for a commercial building off Kiambu road [towards two rivers] exists where the plot [0.75 acre]is touching the tarmc.
On the finanical side, I can commit 12m of my own funds towards the project then partner with a bank for the rest of the funds that will be required, also for them to occupy space as an anchor tenant.
Rent from the bank and other tenants will go towards paying for the cost of putting up the building.
Please advise your experience on the viability of such a venture.

I would advise to wait for the two rivers to take shape then you can plan. Otherwise you might end up with a commercial building in the middle of no where. Just by having a plot next to tarmac does not mean is commercial viable unless you are talking of businesses like hotel or petrol station
