Sometimes back i wrote something i found quite interesting about Waiguru. It was a quote from the Kibra MP about the youth working there being paid every Friday. The point was, i hope it’s the CS who sees to that but if not, there must be a very performing officer behind this. There are many CS who come out and announce lots of stuff , for example transport CS went to the place where a train had “swept “the bus in Mutindwa and said they were going to clean up the route along the railway line .This was to be extended to kibera. I hope it’s been done. There is also the case of the tough talking guy at the coast Malwa; I saw the other day he talked tough of officers taking bribes. Since he cannot be everywhere, he needs someone to check that things have been done accordingly. The same case applies to NTSA, and transport ministry, Mututho, police department and all govt offices performing any duty. Hope Nkaissery has someone who will be in the office and also go out there and see that things are being done like the boss has said. Just like a foreman kwa mjengo or KYM thing.

Am a candidate if such a vacancy does exist.
