Please beware of online shops selling electronics ,they seem to offer a bargain but the truth is most of the items are sub standard or not meant for Kenyan market.I have a case where one of my workmate bought HTC One M8 Mini two month ago. This morning she plugged the phone into the supplied original charger and the charging port started to smolder. We contacted the company where it was bought and apparently any hardware fault is billable.SHAME SHAME SHAME.

I have just been to Bid or Buy offices and the guys there are clueless ,and apparently the warranty on electronics that they do sell does not cover HARDWARE.Shame on you
This is most useless organisation i have ever dealt with.Unless you don't have any other option just don't buy from them.Otherwise you will regret it.

Its not isolated case.Anyone who buys any electronic from them has no hardware warranty. So its not only me.
For instance if you buy a phone from them and the battery or hands free or any other hardware bit fails you are on your own.
The country manager told me point blank.I was filled with rage at that point.

Does it mean they are immune to KBS standardization then.
Problems can be very complicated, solutions cannot be.
