What position does this bring them to? No 4 life insurer + no ??? general insurer)

Seems it was for the General Insurance Business License rather than the Life Insurance Business.

Question: Didn't PAI have a stake in APA? Isn't APA a merger of the General Insurance businesses of Apollo and Pan Africa?
