Situation.
1. You are employed.
2. Co.is presently training you at their hq.
3. You have been assured of better income.
4. Your Immediate boss has suddenly taken to stealing most glory for your hard work...kills the zeal and drains energy.
5. You really love your job,but feel drained because of point 4. It's like being subdued,chocked but you learn to smile through it all.
6. A greater position and good package comes knocking at your door from a different co.without you seeking and leaves you at cross roads.
What to do?
A cousin to a friend of an uncles's sister's husband in this position.

Never worry of someone taking your glory. The truth will out sooner than you imagine. You do your job.
Secondly, look it what offers you a better package from experience, skills (training) and $$$!

It depends. What have your plans been? Why is your boss stealing your glory? Are you trying too hard? You have a human relations problem at hand, so running to a different company for higher pay isn't necessarily the answer. A lesson in life will recur till you grow over it. So take your time and face the real issue.

Weigh your options. If it is higher pay in a more stable company just move and leave the tick's arse exposed. TULIA.........UFUNZWE!

Look at your life where you are now and where you want to be in future. Assess the two jobs and see which will help you realise your goals.

you love your job that a huge plus! most people i know cant say that about the jobs they currently in. As for your boss taking credit i presume this is ur immediate boss and probably not the CEO. If that the case an opportunity will present itself and the real brain behind the success will be revealed. One's first step in wisdom is to question everything - and one's last is to come to terms with everything

@cousin to a friend of an uncles's sister's husband, how long have 'you' been employed in the current decision. my take: try to find out about the working environment in the new place but remember there is no guarantee about how the new boss may behave. unless 'you' get negative feedback about the new place, i would go for the new offer Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee. - Muhammad Ali🐝

How long have you been in your current job (I ask since you shouldn't move a lot in the middle of your career; it shows potential employer you cant be relied on long term strategic plans of the company) 2. Evaluate the 'good package' vs the 'assured of better income' at your current job. 3. WIFM with the potential job (closer home, higher salary..for me not less than 30% of my current, clear job progression, non-cash benefits like mileage claim etc) 4. if all fails, trust your guts & @swenani

just go where there s more money, those other things will sort them selves out.you are in employment to look for money,lets be honest! I find satisfaction in owning great business,not trading them
