NIC Bank intends to raise Ksh 2 billion through a rights issue. Plan to kick off in Mid September according to the Extra General meeting held today at KICC, announcements of results and trading sometimes in November.
There will also a separate Bonds issue with the aim or raising Ksh 3 Billion or there about.
is the timing OK?
