Where can I get information on odd lots available on the market; that is, counter, numbers and asking price?

Place an order to buy or sell from/to someone facing the same challenge. See if your broker could enter youin their database for that.

I struggled with some odd lots of KPLC that took a whole week to sell despite the fact that I asked the broker to sell at market rate.

I'm trying to avoid them going forward, I suppose my poor investor knowledge in the past let them happen, I would have followed company offers and either bought more or reduced my holdings on a pro-rata basis to avoid the odd shares.

I have some 31 shares of HFCK and 96 shares of KCB. How do I buy more to reach 100 for both?

Place a Buy order and select it as Odd market order. Ensure the quantity is a value btw 1-99.

I was using online platform(sbg securities)

Thanks, but these shares are with NIC securities. They don't have online platform

Was wondering, can this odd lot business make someone money? Say you buy odd lots at heavily discounted prices and make up multiples of 100s and sell later in the normal market...can this work?

This thread and others on odd lots has really helped me. Thanks for the information here. I am now accumulating odd shares at discounted prices.
