try kikuyu area where an acre costs 4million a 100*100 goes for a million,with the southern by pass you cant go wrong

What part of Kikuyu area? Was interested a while back but couldn't get anything at that price range. Let me know if you have any ideas.

Keep them coming.How do you know where the Great Eastern Bypass will meet Mombasa road.Some say its before the entry to Daystar others its after Daystar.Thinking this area could also do.

I dont think any area around Nairobi would see an astronomical rise in property value,but if am to pick I'd go with areas along Mombasa road...

The great Eastern bypass will go thru the junction at Athi River which is on the left on ur way to mombasa. The Gteat Eastern bypass goes thru Kinanie, so guess in he 5yrs, the plots around his ares will have shot up. Am actualy looking for a plot there.
