i have seen this houses in lukenyan hills going for 7.9m whats your take on this any other area with a budget of 5m . i need to stop this rental idea and own a place my children can call home.
if i go for morgage whats are the damages at the end .

Buy a 1/4 acre at Syokimau at 4m and use the balance to put up a 4bdrm maisonette pole pole. 3.9m is enough to put up the structure and move in, then you finish remaining parts pole pole.

The location is too interior and there is no reliable access road. When it rains, you gonna stay indoors until it dries up. For less than Sh7.9M, you can get better houses in Great wall, 360, and many other upcoming flats along Mombasa Road..

Very good idea, this is workable..but beware of matope when it rains!
