But the mt.is visible from Kenya. So do they also confuse the serengeti and mara? We share the wild. Or do we mark our beasts and zebras, K',so there's no cross border? c'mmon tz.

Rank: Elder Joined: 12/9/2009 Posts: 6,592 Location: Nairobi		The country's Attorney General, Frederick Werema, however said it is not wrong for the airline or any other party to use Mount Kilimanjaro as a business symbol “because Tanzania has not taken out a patent for the mountain”. “It is true there is such a plane moving around with images of Mount Kilimanjaro, but there is no problem because the mountain can also be viewed from Kenya’’ he said. The AG added that there were a number of factors that had to be considered as far as ownership of property was concerned. They include copyright, trademark and patent. CASE CLOSED! BBI will solve it :)

All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

I guess the Tanzanians can't also see that they are the ultimate beneficiaries from the said adverts as you automatically cannot access the mountain from the Kenyan side according to their argument. BBI will solve it :)
