I have a '70 by 50' serviced plot somewhere along Kangundo road on the vast Komarock area (behind Saika, close to Mowlem) that I bought through a loan facilities. What pain me most is that I'm currently servicing the related loan (40K Per Month) but the plot is lying damn idle - all because I'm financialyl overstretched to put up the intended residential flat.
I have been thinking of putting up several temporary/mabati bedsitters structures since my only bet is a position to raise a further 'capital' of upto 250k through a Sacco loan.
So Wazuan, here is my question and concerns that I am requesting your take:
- What is Nairobi county government position in as far as mabati structure is concerned?. What do I need to do if its an acceptable venture.
- What is the viability of this mabati structure around this area? Am I likely to get ready tenants?
- Other than putting up of temporary mabati structures, what other next best move (business venture) can I try given my situation.
Guys! Assist me crack this!
