I have a property that I am selling bordering Dagoretti & Riruta Satellite. Its a corner plot 0.25acres and ideal for low cost housing.
I have changed the User to Commercial and I have approval for 60~ one bedroom units. I was planning to start construction However I have another investment in which I urgently need cash. I recently did a valuation on the plot with Kiragu & Mwangi and it came to 14m. However I am willing to accept nearest offer.
