the ongoing expansion by cic to a number of countries in the region may pay off handsomely or a disaster in the waiting,opening branches in 3 countries at a go may be a logistical nightmare compared to making an acquisition.how do you see going forward.

Yes but remember CIC has 'well endowed brothers' who will offer help when need be.
