Good people,

When you establish credit lines with suppliers,can this be equated to borrowing in a finance sense?

Case in point,a requirement to obtain Board's approval before borrowing as per the Articles. Will establishing credit lines with suppliers fall in this requirement?

Pls offer some advice.
