I have been following the decision of the board for sometime and am perturbed by how unprofessional this board is.

During the Kidero reign they kept quite as he sunk the company with debts and Myopic strategies that made farmers view the company as a predator rather than a business partner.

Now they have sent home a CEO and a commercial director who have been instrumental in transforming the company and replaced them with a non executive director.

It is quite shocking that The farmers who had shown confidence with the New CEO and his restructured team have now to revert back to a board member who has been a non executive director....with no day to day running experience of the company.

A non-executive director taking charge of a company that is facing one of its worst periods in terms of competition is a big joke even if it was for One Month.

Something is not right here. The board also seems to have been corrupted by the political forces

A repeat of pan paper confusion is eminent.
Monopoly was the industrial age money game and the name of the new game of money today in the information age is CASHFLOW

@Selah,
It can't be the same board as we all know they have a new chair and two more new board members....As of the former team,they weren't the angels you would want everybody to believe.Part of the mischief as to why they were suspended might be due suspicion in involvement in importation of sugar via UAE and branding the same using MSC look alike packaging material....to be honest,i actually foresee a quick turnaround with the new team.That,i am confident.Can we compare notes on the share price between June 1st and June 15th this year?

Mumias is the least stock as of now.It has been beaten by Paka, olympia and express Kenya.
if it has over 50%market share then its stock price should be in the range of 40 Ksh!

That should show you how this counter has potential if only the management got some issues right..

At this price I still wonder what mumias land is worth leave alone the industry and its inventory.
How much land can Mumias boast as a nuecleous status. If today Mumis was to be sold would its price scale up as the REA?

Seems like @Njunge, as always, knew what was cooking.
May he give insights on future expectations.
