My friend would like to start importing goods from China for sale.

Kindly share ideas on what items one can import from China to sell in Kenya.Items that are fast moving and with good margins.

The trick with China, is to get the contacts of one of the Kenyans in China who specialise in assisting Kenyans in China to go about doing business, they are fairly honest and charge a fee to guide you and arrange shipment, which in not a major process there. Huyu mtu is the most important thing if you are going to China, ask around for a reliable one before you go. In China there is a very wide variance in quality so just buy what (whatever) you think you can sell to the clients you are targeting.
