I have had a KCB credit card for more than 10 years.
I have NEVER had any problems. I asked them to send my monthly statements via email, as the paper ones through the post usually arrived after the payment due date.
This system worked for all these years with no problems. I used to get a PDF copy of my statement via email on the 1st of every month.
However, over the last few months the email statements stopped.
Upon calling their call center, I have been informed that they have recently upgraded their software. And the new system does not have the option to send any kind of statement.
I have always believed that any new software upgrade should enhance customer service, rather than take away things that were already working.
Anyone else with this problem with KCB ?
I am going to get another card.
