Analyse the terms and conditions of the available opportunity,the history of that company.....the you can decide whether to move or not!!!!

A friend of mine left Barclays for GTV......the money was very good,unfortunately he is now jobless!!!

You are right,this is a case where the opportunity has not manifested but therez a lot of pressure in the current Job and one is forced to go searching head on.I know its too risky but then what else can one do?
