I wanna know how it tastes not how it looks like. See, anything including hyena can look yummy if done well by an experienced chef.

They taste really good, i bought a couple of "table quail" from sambesi farm, yesterday, 6 weeks, roasted them at my local, it's like a kienyeji chicken lakini softer kidogo, very sweet, bones cannot be chewed at once with it the way we roasted, but it is fantstic, ririkanable, very tasty!

I dont understand this obsession with quails and its eggs. In the semi desert lands of Dalaika, Sudan, quails and grasshoppers are the commonest foods around, all year. we sell them ,especially roasted ones, in open air market centres. Its been our food for eons and even when in Kenya I learnt of this delicacy to be found around Western and Nyanza regions, thou this has not stopped the spread of Aids nor cured the same.
