Which is which? Former or the Latter?

And what is the difference? The Kenyan media as usual is greatly misleading the Masses.

None of the above!

She's a Mexican-born Kenyan. All her known ancestors are from Kenya.

However, if her ancestors were Mexican, she'd be a Mexican Kenya.

Just like the Indians who settled in Kenya; their descendants are Indian Kenyans; NOT Kenyan Indians!

I don't know of any Kenyan Indian, i.e. Indians of Kenyan descent....

Is she a Kenyan?

She's very much Kenyan, perhaps could even be an ODM Sec Gen one day - her father's daughter.

Born in Mexico doesn't make one Mexican! Mexico is a country, Mexican is a nationality.

Lupita holds Kenyan passport and Kenyan ID. She's Kenyan....by nationality and ancestry.

Obama, on the other hand is fully American and half-Kenyan by ancestry.....but he remains African (not Kenyan!!) American

When born in a country one becomes a national of that country by right/birth, have you confirmed that her parents did not decide her be a Mexican at birth!!!

Why should they? And in any case why this debate? Her Dad and Mum unlike Obama are kenyan.

Why is Obama African-American and not Kenya-American?

And why do Mexicans lay claim to @Lupita?

She has said she is Kenyan several times, the decisions is hers, those who went majuu with fake bank statements and married a fake wife to get a greencard or citizenship in say the US are Americans, and all their actions point that way whether they were born in Kenya, she chooses to be Kenyan on the other hand whether American greencards are waiting for her, born in mexico or not, Kenyan law allows her to choose Kenyan nationality due to parents, I think she knows what she is saying, and why, huyo ni mkenya halisi, even if you look at her, it is only Kenya that produces such beauties and brains combined.

This debate remind me of this statement from Albert Einstein: “If my theory of relativity is proven successful, Germany will claim me as a German and France will declare me a citizen of the world. Should my theory prove untrue, France will say that I am a German, and Germany will declare that I am a Jew.”

If Lupita is Kenyan, then Obama is also Kenyan ('curiously' sitting in the American Whitehouse - Tea partyists could be right). You cant interpret one case in one way and the other in another way.

Lupita is Kenyan. Like @mukiha said, she holds a Kenyan ID and Kenyan passport. Does that compare to Obama?
