Mata wants to stay until the end of the season but PSG and Inter are interested in signing him.
Earlier this week Chelsea recorded annual losses of £49.4million, UEFA allow clubs to lose around £37.5m over the first two years of FFP (financial fair play) regulations. Due to the fact that they spent some money (£15 m) on youth development and infrastructure, Chelsea expect Uefa to re-calculate the combined loss for 2011-12 and 2012-13 to £33 million which means they must not lose more than £4.5 million in the current financial year, 2013-14, to comply with the FFP. What this also means is that this huge annual deficit will affect Jose Mourinho’s budget as club faces challenge to meet Uefa's new financial rules.....maybe that's why he's trying to raise some cash by kicking out Mata. I don't think their transfer window will be that busy. Balotelli is also not going anywhere, his agent has already dismissed the exit rumours.
I do not think Moyes would agree to sell Chicharito to Arsenal especially after admitting recently that Rooney might miss several games due to a groin injury he's been carrying.
