Has anyone read the work of this guy. Extremely deep and sensible and quite honestly scary.

Most of people here would be at home reading his stuff,I highly recommend.

He paints a really bleak picture here (http://www.chrismartenson.com/crashcourse) But like you say,he thinks outside the box - great stuff.

May be I was too quick to praise him. Looked up more of his stuff and they all have the same doomsday angle.

In one of his write-ups he was asked the solution to the current financial mess and he offered absolutely nothing.

On a different note.

For those who love movies,I recommend you watch 'CRASH'
