With the recent attack on Oilcom petrol station along outering road that claimed 2 lives with 3 Victims escaping with injuries, there seems to be a new trend of crime targeting Petrol Stations in the City suburbs. This comes a few weeks after a similar attack on a petrol station in Utawala. Link

Which insecurity? You must be dreaming! We are so safe. There is no secure place on earth as Kenya, with a very hardworking security team. Stop hating on this government!

Kirinyaga, Kenya: Armed robbers Monday raided a petrol station at Ngurubani market in Mwea and made off with Sh5.2 million. The gangsters also shot a handcart pusher during the 8.45am raid. According to the Mwea East District OCPD Apollo Onyonyi, the robbers blocked a pickup truck that was transporting weekend collections from the petrol station and ordered the two employees to surrender the cash. Onyonyi said their getaway vehicle had four occupants who fired towards the surging crowd as they escaped, injuring the hand cart pusher identified as Duncan Muthii. He was rushed to a private medical facility where he underwent emergency surgery. Read more at: http://www.standardmedia...n-petrol-station-attack
