Looking for a contractor to build 2 residential houses

Hi Wazua community,
Am looking for a contractor with a track record to build 2 4-br maisonettes in Syokimau.
Any recommendations?
Verifiable recommendations a must

HFCK has the Makao building solution as listed above. I have never used them and can't speak to the work product but it's an option to check if you still need the services.

Do you have all the necessary requirements and need just the contractor to bring up the building or you need to have the house designed and paper work done from scratch?
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

If you have a Qs and an Architect in your design team, they should be able to advice you on how to procure a contractor.
You can either have an open tender, as in put an advert in the paper, etc for contractors to collect blank boqs then quote, or you can pre select a few contractors who then compete.

You need to be clear on the quality you eventually need i.e low, middle or high cost hence select contractors with similar ability in terms of specialised labour, equipment, knowledge etc.

Talk to these guys they can help you out.. They have a nice team in place and currently doing some units in Limuru..

hehe..its a blank Bill of Quantities BoQ. This is a document that lists all materials to be used and their quantities then the contractor fills his cost for each task eg roof, wall etc etc.

I have worked with Housing Finance on their Makao product. It works perfectly well.

@Sober I have architectural drawings with estimates and local authority approvals. Looking to break ground as soon as a reliable contractor is identified
