Hey wazuans,
what do you think of these plots they are selling at lukenya that are regularly advertised in the dailies at 1.18m per 1/8. Are they worthy investments? Any thoughts cheersApplause

Have been there a few times. Not a deal to me. Its Overpriced.

The ILLULUWE Golf city which they border and which they used to market themselves is a white elephant as we speak..my 2 cents.

I have also been there. Investors take note that there are no individual titles to the plots but surveying was completed many months ago..... I was told the process is ongoing albeit slowly after the person doing the titles was sacked by the Macha govt.
The plots are OVERPRICED!! for a 50x100 plot which is going for about 500K-600K in the neighborhood. It is even cheaper on the proposed greater eastern bypass. Also take note of the fact that some plots have red soil and others have black soil.

Thanks alot thought they were overpriced first time i heard about the offer but continuous bombardment and overhype in the dailies started to make me have second thoughts about them. Made my mind up gonna forget them and immediately turn the page once i see their ads in the papers. Many better deals out there for those willing to looksmile
