I am surprised kplc wants to connect its customers with fibre optic cables at 156 .bn while it has enough cable that can be used as a communicaation cable and to transmit power, this technology exists. Spending 156.bn smells

Why can't they first concentrate on doing their core job properly? Electricity distribution and supply is such a mess!
