Consolidated sales of KShs 1.033b a 33.16% growth. Consolidated profit after tax now above 100m from a loss previous year; with a net profit margin of 11%.

Final dividend of 0.80 or yield of 5% as per yesterday's prices. Only negative outlook is VAT Act 2013. So how does this justify the 5 bob price? Maybe the guy meant to type 15...
